Connections at Work. Community at Heart.
The Monadnock Center for Mission and Ministry began with a simple conviction: that stronger, healthier communities are built when neighbors walk alongside one another in both challenge and hope. What started as a vision in 2010 has grown into a recognized nonprofit that now serves as a hub of care, connection, and creativity for Southwestern New Hampshire. Rooted in faith yet open to all, the Center has built its reputation not on programs alone but on presence—showing up where needs are greatest, listening deeply, and partnering broadly.
Today, that vision takes form in many ways. Through the Family Table Project, The Pajama Project, and the Hope Collective children and families find reliable access to food, school supplies, and resources that reduce the daily stresses of scarcity. Through the Caritas Center for Care, individuals and families encounter spiritual care, tele-chaplaincy, advocacy, and training that bring compassion into the most vulnerable places of life. And through education, seminars, and partnerships, like LEGO Church, Connexiones, and The Chainsaw Project the Monadnock Center fosters collaboration across faith communities, civic groups, and nonprofits. In every expression, the story is the same: creating spaces where people are nourished in body and spirit, where hope is renewed, and where community is strengthened by shared mission.
