Community Incubation is the work we do to empower and equip communities, churches, business, and entrepreneurs to create and sustain new, contextually relevant expressions of Connection or community ventures, often with a focus on social impact and the promotion of faithful expression.
At the Center we partner with churches, individuals and organizations to build upon their internal competencies and move ministry and missional strategies towards both implementation and efficient operation through they development of the core frameworks they need to succeed. We work to support process that accelerates the successful development of startup and fledgling ministries – alongside the revitalization of ministries who are facing struggles in their context, through an array of targeted resources and services which include development of strategies and operational plans related to funding and growth, communication and outreach, leadership and resource development, and administrative and financial oversight.
Today we partner with churches, NonProfits, and community centers who are struggling with keeping their doors open, understanding their identity, or overcoming the roadblocks that prevent them from fufilling their identity. Working with community, business, and church leaders, we are providing training, visioning, and facilitation services covering topics as diverse as conflict resolution, long term visioning, ministry and mission audit, grant research and funding, and local leadership and mission development.
“In a time when we the world changes at dizzying paces…reliance on the historic institution, or traditional way of leading needs to change. Our work helps others in ways that pay impact within their context immediately.”
